The Snowsuit Fund’s reimagined gala experience, SnowBall, A Cool Winters Eve, presented by Ottawa Canadian Tire Dealers returns this February. Join us for an all-inclusive, multi-level, multi-chef cocktail party experience boasting sumptuous décor, Chef stations, DJs and live music, mobile/ silent auction, beauty bar, valet parking and other experiential surprises.

The sold-out inaugural edition took place just before the pandemic lockdown and was destined to become a must-attend event on Ottawa’s social scene, just as its predecessor, the Snowsuit Fund Gala was for decades.

Relax in sophisticated style and sound in the Upper Lounge presented by BUMP, A Division of CBN. Featuring DJ beats by Emily Jones who blends modern sounds with influences from cinematic mid-century Europe and 1960s Brazil. Sample from multiple food stations & bars while taking in a hypnotic nighttime river view and enjoy watching Artist Katerina Mertikas at work on her next masterpiece.

Head down to the Club Level presented by KiSS FM. Sandra Plagagkis is your emcee and you’ll get bites and beverages from multiple stations. Ottawa’s The Start hits the stage to perform five decades of British rock, pop and R&B covering bands like David Bowie, Elvis Costello, Amy Winehouse, The Cure, The Rolling Stones, Modern English, Billy Idol, and so many more. The selection of music goes beyond typical rock standards and you can dance if you want to!

VALET PARKING presented by

Funds raised from SnowBall directly support the purchase, warehousing and distribution of snowsuits. Ottawa winters are cold, and some low-income families struggling to provide the necessities of life must choose other priorities, such as food and shelter, over warm outerwear for their children.

Now in our 41st season, the Snowsuit Fund distributes over 16,000 snowsuits annually to disadvantaged Ottawa children 15 years and younger. A child who plays outside can thrive, and with your help, we can ensure that every Ottawa child has this opportunity.
