The Snow Angel Challenge

February 1st through 28th 2021
Presented by the Ottawa area Canadian Tire dealers

This February, families, schools, community & sports groups and the business community are building snow angels and gathering pledges to help support The Snowsuit Fund of Ottawa!

The Snowsuit Fund purchases and distributes more than 16,000 snowsuits annually to children 15 years and younger in need in our community.  Our core mission is to ensure that Ottawa’s most vulnerable children can have warm snowsuits to play outside in winter – without their families having to sacrifice other priorities.

We’re encouraging people to get outside and (while socially distant!) dive into the snow.   Make an angel, and upload photo of you doing it to your favourite social media site. Register below and tag us in your post challenging your friends & neighbours to do the same! You can also do this while raising funds to help us fulfill our mission of keeping every child warm this winter!

The Snowsuit Fund’s Snow Angel Challenge, February 1st to 28th, is presented by your local Canadian Tire dealers of Ottawa.

In the name of making sure every Ottawa child is dressed appropriately to play outdoors, registered individuals and teams who choose to gather donations qualify for fundraising rewards.   Everyone who registers and raises a minimum of $20 will receive a limited edition Snowsuit Fund toque.  Additional prizes for high achieving fundraisers – individuals and teams – include pizzas,  shopping sprees, gift cards and other experiences courtesy of our generous roster of sponsors Canadian Tire, Giant Tiger, Great Canadian Dollar Store and Gabriel Pizza with more to be announced.

All funds raised will be put towards the purchase of new snowsuits.  Any overages in fundraising will be directed towards the purchase of snowsuits for next winter.
